By downloading or using the Gallu app ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of the App
Gallu is a football timing game for iOS. Players compete against a CPU opponent by tapping at precise moments on a stopwatch. The App includes optional online leaderboards that require account creation via Sign in with Apple.
3. Account
An account is optional. If you create one using Sign in with Apple, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@gallu.app.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Cheat, manipulate scores, or exploit bugs to gain unfair leaderboard positions
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App
- Use automated tools or scripts to interact with the App or its backend
- Interfere with the security or integrity of the App's servers
We reserve the right to remove accounts or scores that violate these rules without notice.
5. Intellectual Property
All content in the App — including the name "Gallu", design, graphics, and game logic — is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the App without prior written permission.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Changes to the App and Terms
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
